Philip A. Klein, Attorney at Law

Phil Klein is the sole attorney in the firm and personally does the work on all cases. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1976; where he received a very traditional law school education. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Prior to starting his firm over 30 years ago, Phil  worked in a small 17th Street firm, and then in a small Cherry Creek firm.

Phil has experience in settling cases in criminal law by way of a plea agreement, and in family law cases by way of a negotiated settlement. Phil is an attorney who just does not settle criminal law or family law cases. If a trial or a contested hearing is necessary, or Phil thinks he can  get a better result   by going to trial, then  Phil  has the courtroom skills to go to trial. In fact, Phil  goes to trial  on a regular basis.

Rate: $2,500 initial retainer fee with an hourly rate of $175 an hour.

Monique Mountain

Monique  does the billing for the office, and also works on putting together the financial information in family law cases. Monique  has many years of experience as a Legal Assistant. Monique and Phil have worked together as a team since 1996.

Rate : $40/hr
