Our Practice
Affordable Representation on Family Law cases
Family law cases are charged at an hourly rate. The hourly rate at The Affordable Law Firm is below the market-rate, considering the experience and quality work of Phil Klein. This rate is $175.00 per hour. The billing on the hourly rate is very conservative, meaning that if an hour is worked on the client’s case, the charge is less than an hour, not for more than an hour. The time for the legal assistant for the office, Monique Mountain, is billed at $40 per hour.
